  i once bought a voucher for my phone and because of the receipt machine i could not make out the numbers. this was no fault of mine this was down to wear of the receipt machine. staff said dont worry we will sort this out. when some women turned up an assistant manager she was more interested in talking to another lady about things going on with her and her life than actually listening to me and helping me with my problem. they had no time for me at all. didnt care to be honest. the staff themselves was better than the management. when the manager turned up he told me that i could not have a refund becasue they simply did not refund phone vouchers he told me i needed to go see the o2 and they would deal with it. i went to the o2 shop and they told me they couldn't help it was down to morrisons to give me a new voucher or give me a refund. they said that if the manager wanted to refund me he could do that he just chose not to do so. meaning i lost £20 on a useless top up voucher. i could not use. disgusting customer service.
