OK but staff need to be more friendly than they are as I am sure customers will find a visit more of a pleasant experience and, indeed, are more likely to return here first before elsewhere.

Not as big as some but not bad. Can be very hard to find what you're after though and there's never enough staff to ask. When you get one they tend to be not much use other than pointing to where stuff is.
